Full subject description
This subject scaffolds learning through a developmental sequence of four modules that mirror the phases of implementation science:
- Exploration
- Preparation
- Implementation
- Sustainment.
Drawing on Garrison et al.’s (2001) Community of Inquiry (CoI) model, each module blends asynchronous learning, in-person workshops, reflective practice, and social learning, to create the conditions for deep learning and student connection.

Framework for Educational Excellence dimension: Well-designed and engaging learning experiences
- Wellbeing design hubs create small-group communities where students co-design, critique and test wellbeing approaches.
- Scaffolded modules link theory and application through curated readings, interactive H5P tools, and reflective prompts.
- Pre- and post-workshop activities build continuity across learning modes, enabling students to arrive prepared and leave with tools to apply.
