A set of interactive learning modules to promote wellbeing and adaptive coping for those studying emotionally challenging topics such as climate change and social inequity.  The modules includes six sections through which you can work on building your sustainable self:

- exploring and expressing your emotional experiences

- a short quiz to identify activities that will best support you

- tailored activities to build skills in emotional regulation, wellbeing, resilience, and coping

- a repository of resources that can take you deeper 

- a discussion board where you can interact with peers to explore pathways to your goals, and

- create a personalised self-care routine to support your continued wellbeing
