Navigating your early career: A heroic journey

This is a free personal development program for people striving to navigate the challenges of life as an early career researcher program. It has been designed to empower ECRs to flourish during their early research career. We call it a Heroic Journey because the university can be an intimidating context, triggering anxieties about being good enough and demanding new levels of understanding in the pursuit of knowledge. Participation will lead to increased awareness and understanding of the context, personal resources and challenges, as well as an opportunity to identify strategies for flourishing.
